Signs You Are Becoming An Intuitive Eater

  1. You are able to eat the foods you want and like.

  2. You are not feeling anxiety, guilt, or shame around food.

  3. You are not punishing yourself, over-exercising, or restricting before or after meals.

  4. You can eat and move on with your day.

  5. You are not thinking about food all the time.

These are just some signs that you’re repairing your relationship with food. If you’re not here yet, you’re not doing it ‘wrong’.
